The Active Wellbeing Society are jointly working with partner organisations across the city to support those who are vulnerable and in need are supported by individuals and communities during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. If anyone is vulnerable, shielded or self isolating and needs food delivery at home, please download the referral form by clicking the download button and email the completed form to : holistic.interventions@nhs.net
Week 4: Home Exercises
These are ideal if you’re not very active but want to improve your health, lift your mood and remain independent. Don’t worry if you haven’t done much for a while. These exercises are easy and gentle, and can be done indoors. Please click the buttons below to see more.
